Summer Student Internship
The NAMHR Summer Student Internship program is a 10-week paid
internship open to full time students across Canada. The internship
projects are designed and supervised by members of NAMHR, and students
work with these mentors in various aspects of the research process
including planning, data collection, analysis, and/or synthesis.
Research projects must be related to one of the NAMHR research themes,
which include:
- social and developmental determinants of mental health and well-being
- healing, wellness and mental health services
- substance abuse, gambling and addictions
- suicide prevention and mental health promotion
- child maltreatment prevention and welfare
